I looked up some fabric at (don't laugh) Spandexworld.com. I can get some spandex/lycra for about $12/yd. I was thinking pink and black. Maybe it can say Team PMS on it.
As for design, I was saw a neat suit at teamestrogen.com. The TYR pink splice trisuit. Let me know what you think.

You also need to consider that these suits include special padding in the fanny for the biking portion. Most racing bikes have little to no padding on the seat and therefore the suits come with a little extra padding. Then again, if you seat has a fair enough amount of padding then the padding in the suit is irrelevant.

Good point ben, also the padding is quick dry so you are not sitting in water after the swim.
