We are a group of three sisters who are training for a mini-triathalon for the Koman Foundation. The race is a 2 mile run, a 1/2 mile swim, and a 12 mile bike to be run in June. Our goal is to finish.

back to a routine
Hi guys just wanted to say hi. I am starting to get back into a routine now that life is settling back down. Went to the gym this am and boy it felt good! Gotta run!
